Facade renovation and full scope of interior renovation of a One Family Home.

BM2R worked closely with the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) of NYC regarding the full restauration of the facade, including cleaning and repointing of brick facade, new door design, full window replacement and restauration of cornice to its original design.

The interior was fully renovated in a clean classic style and the the new layout organized the house for both residential and social event's use.
