Facade renovation and full scope of interior renovation of a One Family Home.

BM2R worked closely with the Historic Preservation Commissionn of Jersey City regarding the full restauration of the facade, including masonry cleaning and repointing, new door design, full windows replacement and wood work and repainting of cornice to its original design.

The interior was fully renovated in a clean classic style and the the new layout organized the house around the main stair keeping its original ornaments
