B2MR    Design

Project located in Dambenois, a suburban area of Belfort in France.
B2MR-Design integrated a new addition to an original small two story wood bungalow upgrading the same to a full 2,800 square foot new Home layout. The project goal was to keep the existing bungalow as part of the new fresh design of a One Family Dwelling for a family of a couple and 5 kids. The project style keeps the original local vernacular style of pitched roofs however the shingle walls were replaced by color stucco. The interior look is fresh modern style. The scope of work also included updating all the enclosure walls to the proper insulation rate per climate zone and new double glazed pvc windows.
